Thanks to the integration of technology into our production infrastructure, we have the capacity to cut between 5000 and 7000 cuts per day with our latest system automatic cutter and automatic laying machines. After cutting, 100% sorting and packaging processes are carried out to the finest detail. As in all our processes, quality control processes are carried out continuously in our slaughterhouses with the aim of minimum error.

We do the cutting work 100% in-house. In this way, we offer you the advantage of being able to find answers to all your needs in a single manufacturer, without compromising on quality, while avoiding the loss of time caused by the transfer.
